PACKAGES:    
General Admission  - $600
Access to all keynotes, the BE Awards ceremony and dinner, receptions, and the exhibit hall.   

Learning Program - $995
Access to all hands-on and lecture-based training, including:

• Product Training from the Bentley Institute 
• Best Practice sessions from industry experts  
• New Technology sessions from Bentley software experts

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL! 
Purchase the Learning Program by March 23 and pay only $795.      

Important:  General Admission fee is required for entrance and is a prerequisite to purchasing the Learning Program.  

EXCEPTIONS/WAIVERS:      

• Enterprise Training Subscription (ETS) contracts include General Admission and Learning Program for a certain number of people, based on agreement allowance. Contact your account manager for information specific to your company’s waivers. 
• SELECT and Enterprise License Subscription (ELS) contracts include General Admission only.     

CANCELLATION POLICY    
Cancellations may be made through the registration office by calling 1-800-949-0498 or send an E-mail to beconference@be.org.

1. Cancellations received before close of business on April 20, 2007 will receive a full refund of the Conference registration fee.
2. Cancellations received between April 21, 2007 and close of business April 28, 2007 will receive a 25% refund of the Conference registration fee.
3. Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. EST on April 29, 2007 will not be refunded any portion of the Conference registration fees. 

REFUND POLICY     
All refund requests and/or billing disputes must be submitted in writing to Bentley Systems, Incorporated with attached documentation through E-mail to beconference@be.org no later than May 11, 2007. 

1. No refunds after 5:00 pm EST on April 29, 2007, even if registrant is a "no-show" for event.
2. Bentley will not consider any refund request and/or billing dispute received after May 11, 2007.
